Looking for someone to help you with formatting your book? We can help. We happen to have a world class formatter in our team who is specialized in interior layout. We’d love to help you get your book into professional condition.
Publishing a book that has the same look and feel as books published by the big traditional publishers can be a daunting task. Often, self-publishing authors don’t have the budget the big boys have, so it can be hard to compete.
That’s where we come in. We provide the highest-level quality book formatting for the lowest price possible.
We mean it. Just compare our prices with companies that offer the same service.
And we are so confident that you’ll love the quality of our work that we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee!
How do we work?
Ok, so when you have your manuscript finished and a book cover made*, send them over to us and we will make the magic happen.
We’ll add page numbers, create nice and stylized headings, paragraphs, tables and everything else in your book using a professional theme at publishing house standards.
We can take the font used on the book cover and use that for chapter titles or use it to make drop caps to start each new chapter. **
We can re-create the cover in black and white as the first page inside your book. **
We can grab an image or symbol from the cover and use it for your chapter headings or as a section divider for example.**
We’ll add a professional copyright page, dedication, table of contents, index, and more.
If you have images or illustrations inside your book, we’ll place them in the right place in the e-book or PDF as well. Just send us the Word file of your book with the images in the right place so we can see where you would like them to be in the text. For best results, send us the originals of the used images as well.
* You only need to provide a finished book cover if you want us to incorporate the same fonts inside the book.
** Not every format allows all possible formatting options. Before we start work, we’ll discuss the possibilities, advantages and disadvantages, after which you can make a well-informed decision about which way to go for each of the different formats.
What You'll Get when we're done:
A MOBI file formatted for use on Amazon.
An ePub file formatted for use with other vendors, such as Apple, Google, Kobo or Barnes&Noble.
If you've also ordered our printed book formatting service: A professionally formatted PDF file ready to send to a printer or upload for a print-on-demand service like KDP or IngramSpark.
And we offer FREE unlimited formatting and minor revisions! ***
As with all our services, we fully guarantee our work. If you are not happy with the formatting, we will fix it or refund your money. And you only pay a 50% deposit. The other 50% you pay when you are happy with the end result.
*** Even though we may both think that the file that you sent us is 100% done and free of mistakes, sometimes a typo, wrong word, missing/incorrect punctuation or another error/mistake is found after all the formatting is done and the files have been delivered to you. Don’t worry. We’ll fix these minor inconveniences for you for free.
Replacing whole paragraphs, adding or deleting chapters or other large changes that result in significant changes to the layout are not considered minor. We’ll be happy to help you out with these as well, but this will incur additional (also very reasonable) charges.

Q: Do I need to have my cover done before you guys can start formatting?
A: No. Only if you want us to include the font we/you used for your cover or the cover itself in your book. But that’s not always recommended. If you don’t want this, we can start right away.
Q: In what format do you want me to send you the book?
A: Preferably in Word (Microsoft) or Pages (Mac). Other formats can also be accepted, but may result in a slightly higher price due to additional conversion needs. Please make sure you book is 100% edited and free of mistakes.
Q: How about the images?
A: For best results, images should be at least 300DPI. Please send them along separately but also include them in your Word or Pages manuscript so we can see where you would like them to be.
Q: I found some issues with the finished book. What do I do?
A: Send us a list with the mistakes/problems including the location, and we’ll fix it immediately. Don’t try to edit it yourself or send us a new source file.
Q: I get an error message when uploading the PDF you sent me to a book printing service. What do I do?
A: Please reread the upload instructions we sent you with the finished PDF. You may have missed a step. For KDP for example, it’s quite easy to forget to select the “Bleed”-option in the print section.
